Getting Ready

• Prepare Wedding Day timeline for vendors

• Unlimited emails

• RSVP tracking and confirmation

• Provide guidance for Marriage License requirements

• Plan and coordinate rehearsal dinner

• Assistance with selection of Tabletop design and linen section

• Advice on Guest List Management

• Two planning consultations (up to 2 hours per meeting)

• One final on-site details meeting (up to 2 locations, up 4 hours total)

• Vendor recommendations

• Assist in Site search for ceremony and reception Location

• Etiquette and Protocol advice as needed

• Accompany Bride to vendor meetings or potential locations (up to 3 appts)

• Collection of items at rehearsal to be brought and set up on wedding day

• Conduct all vendor confirmations

• Track payments and due date reminders

• Assistance with hotel room blocks for guest

 

The Big Day!

• Direct rehearsal (maximum of 2 hours)

• Organizing reception introduction & entrance

• Distribute programs – if needed

• Direct wedding party processional and recessional

• Placement of guest book, place cards, table numbers, favors, etc

• Greeting guests

• Oversee vendor deliveries & arrivals

• Pin Boutonnieres & Corsages

• Directing Guests to proper seats at the appropriate times

• Oversee vendor set-up (Ceremony & Reception site)

• On-Site Ceremony and Reception Management (14 hours max)

• One Professional Coordinator

• One Assistant Coordinator

• Assist with decoration of Ceremony and Reception Sites

• Ensure food basket for bride and groom is prepared by caterer

 

Happily Ever After!

• Coordinate Return of Rental Items

• Gathering all gift and delivery to the designated car or Suite

• Deliver payments and gratuities to vendors

 

Package price starts at $1500.00

Please note:

• At least one coordinator and two assistants for weddings with 151-250 guests will be required(Additional fees apply)

• At least one coordinator and three assistants for weddings with over 251 guests will be required

• Weddings with more than 200 guests will require custom packages & pricing
